Almadina Misurata Paints participates in a meeting at the headquarters of the National Oil Corporation in Libya

Mr. Sulaiman Abdullah Bin Nasr (Vice chairman of the Board of Directors of Almadina Misurata Paints) was present on Monday morning, 29/10/2018, and met at the headquarters of the national oil organisation in Tripoli, where he was welcomed by Mr. Eng. Mustafa-Allah (chairman Management of the National Oil Corporation) as well as Mr. Abu al-Qasim Chanzer (board member), Mr. Ali Naseer (executive director of the Union of Libyan Industries) also attended the meeting with Mr. Vice Chairman of the Board of directors and members of the Petroleum Industries Committee.

During the meeting, a number of important issues were discussed with Mr. Eng. Mustafa Allah, including the problems faced by industry in Libya and how to reach a mechanism to ensure the assistance of the National Oil Corporation to the employees of the national oil industries sector, as well as a proposal to activate the frameworks Cooperation between the National Petroleum Corporation (NOC) and the Union of Libyan industries in relation to some of the joint files of interest to both parties in order to serve the advancement of the Libyan industry and remove the impediments faced by the industry in Libya.

We were honoured on Tuesday 23/10/2018 at Almadina Misurata Paints Company by the visit of both:

  • Mr. Taher Bin Omar, United Nations Development Program representative
  • Mr. Mahmoud bin Aqeel on the national Program for Small and medium enterprises

During the visit, Mr. Sulaiman Bin Nasr, deputy chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Adel Assoudi, executive director and Mr. Hamza Kharis, representative of the commercial Department of the company, the meeting focused on discussing the difficulties facing industrial companies in the private sector in Libya in terms of obtaining Raw materials, development of production lines and export of Libyan products to other countries.

On Wednesday, 17/01/2018, we had the honour in Almadina Misurata Paints by the visit of the children of Misrata schools for free education with Mr. Nouri Suleiman al-Kabbi and were greeted by the Executive Director and several heads of departments.

During the visit, a simplified explanation was provided of how the production and manufacturing departments within the company, as well as the visit to the quality control laboratory to see the analysis and quality processes are happy that we helped to draw a smile and joy on the faces of our children the wealth of the future of this country
