Under high-level official patronage and attendance, the activities of the Damascus International Fair were inaugurated this evening in the presence of His Excellency the Syrian Minister of Local Administration and Environment, the Governor of Damascus, and a number of high-level diplomatic and economic delegations from various sisterly and friendly countries.

The Almadina Missurata Paints pavilion was also honored by the visit of His Excellency the Libyan Ambassador to the Syrian Arab Republic, Mr. Walid Ammar.

His Excellency the Ambassador and the accompanying delegation were briefed on the exhibits and nationally manufactured products showcased at the pavilion. He commended the scale and distinction of the participation, which reflects the company’s aspirations to enhance prospects for international cooperation and trade exchange.
