A solvent-based bituminous product, formulated with high quality bitumen, selected solvents, and performance-additives. Designed to provide durable protection against water, chemicals, corrosion, and weathering. Suitable to be applied on concrete, masonry, metal, underground structures, roof decks, basements, retaining walls.

Recommended Use:

This solvent-based bitumen product is specifically recommended for use in the following applications:
– Basements and Underground Structures to Prevents water ingress and structural dampness in both new construction and renovation.
– Concrete Foundations and Retaining Walls as Waterproofing and damp-proofing protection against subsoil water, capillary action, and chemical attack from soil salts.
– Metal Surfaces (e.g., pipelines, tanks, steel structures) as an Anti-corrosive coating providing long-term protection in buried or exposed environments.
– Primer coat or bonding coat prior to applying membranes or protection boards.
